Management |

We collect
information from you regarding your financial goals, investment
horizon and your tolerance for risk. We will analyze your current
investments including your rate of return, risk level and costs.
We will design a portfolio of mutual funds that allows you to
be diversified across industries, economic sectors, countries,
investment styles. We use a dual investment approach that combines
index funds with actively managed funds whose money managers
have a clearly defined investment philosophy. We are very conscientious
about taxes and the impact on investment results. Once selected,
we continuously monitor the investment managers to review their
performance, as compared to their peer groups. |

Retirement
Planning |
| |
Using
a Monte Carlo simulation program, we will analyze the following
decisions that every individual faces: How much money should
I save? When should I retire? How much retirement income should
I take? How big of an estate can I plan to leave? How do all
of these issues relate together? How confident can I be of
achieving my goals given the amount of portfolio risk I can
tolerate? The ideal portfolio should achieve the goals of
each individual investor with the lowest level of appropriate
risk.

Quarterly
Reporting and Annual Review |
| |
In addition
to your monthly brokerage statement, we send a Portfolio Statement,
a Buy and Sell Report, a Portfolio Performance Report and a
Position Performance Summary. The Performance Report itemizes
all contributions, withdrawals, income, management fees paid
and capital appreciation earned in the account for the quarter.
The Position Performance Summary shows the performance by individual
holding for the quarter. We also recommend that each client
meet with us at least annually to review their Investment Policy
Statement, the performance of their accounts, and other financial
planning issues that may impact the client's financial plan. |
